* Understanding and experience in corporate branding, layout and color theory.
* Ability to effective manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
* Design print materials, including brochures, invitations, conference and seminar materials and other prints.
* Work closely with other graphic designs and the rest of the creative team on design ideas and concepts.
* Strong conceptual skills.
* Strong design style, including creative design solutions.
* Excellent organization and communication skills
* Proficient to operate in current graphic design practices software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Dreamweaver and good knowledge with Adobe Flash.
